Is the earth flat and motionless?

They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. Psalm 82:5

The earth and its foundations move upon a course that God ordained from the beginning. And sometimes it moves out of the course. So it is not motionless.
